Sarah Kindelt brings to her clients a deep knowledge of executive thought leadership, employee engagement and corporate public affairs, anchored by a passion for politics. Her expertise is built on nearly two decades of experience including working in-house for a Fortune 10 communication and technology company and on state-level campaigns in California.
Bio content – Sarah’s responsibilities include supporting executive thought leadership including events, media and awards. She has supported executives in the communications, tech and financial services sectors. She also directs internal employee communications campaigns as well as development, implementation and coordination of strategic public affairs messaging and campaigns.
Prior to her work with VOX Global, Sarah worked with the Sacramento office of FleishmanHillard as an in-house consultant to SBC Communications. As an integral part of the SBC California legislative affairs team, Sarah helped formulate and execute legislative, regulatory and political initiatives.
Before joining FleishmanHillard, Sarah worked for Public Strategies Inc., a public affairs consulting firm based in Austin, TX. She also served as a Center for California Studies executive fellow working in the executive office of California State Attorney General Bill Lockyer in Sacramento, California. Upon completion of her fellowship, she worked for the California Democratic Party, overseeing the California State Assembly direct mail program for the November 2002 election and the speaker program for the 2003 State Convention.
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Union College in Schenectady, New York and her Master of Public Policy and Administration from California State University, Sacramento. She lives with her husband, A.J., and their three children, in Sacramento.
